The goal of the Romansh language and cultural promotion has to be that all Romansh people use their language actively and that they hand down their language to the next generation. If we do not reach this goal, our language and our culture will disappear and with it the essential key to a globalised world: the advantages of bi- and multilingualism.

The Lia Rumantscha (LR) needs to work toward the goal to promote sustainably the Romansh language and culture. In the future the LR wants to focus incresingly on the key players within the promotion of the Romansh language: the families.
