Scope of application
This Privacy Statement serves to provide the users with information on the kind, volume and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider (Lia Rumantscha, info@liarumantscha.ch, phone +41 81 258 32 22).

Contact
When a user contacts the provider (e.g. via contact form or email), the information given by him or her will be saved for processing the request and for being available in case of follow-up questions.

Integration of services and contents of third parties
This online offer might also include services of third-party providers, such as, for instance, YouTube videos, maps provided by Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphs of other websites. As a precondition, the providers of such contents must be able to see the IP address of the users because otherwise they cannot send such contents to the user’s browser. Hence, the IP address is necessary for displaying the contents. We strive to use exclusively contents of third-party providers who use the IP address for delivering the contents only. Nevertheless, a storage, if any, of the IP address by third-party providers for, e.g., statistical purposes is beyond our control. To the extent that we are aware of such activities, we will inform the users correspondingly.

Kind and purpose of data processing
Lia Rumantscha uses personal data for being able to operate this website and offer and promote its services. The kind of data processed in this context depends upon your kind of use of our online offer.
On the one hand, we process information actively rendered by you, for instance, in a contact form or via email.
On the other hand, data are automatically collected as soon as you enter this website.
Such data mainly include technical data such as the IP address or the used web browser.
In addition, we analyse the conduct of our website’s visitors. Such data are analysed statistically and will in no case be used for observing or identifying individuals.

Security measures
We have taken technical and organisational measures for protecting your data against misuse when you visit our website and use the associated functions and services. Such security measures inter alia include a secure dispatch of emails (SSL/TLS).
Please note that security gaps can never be completely excluded when transferring data in the Internet.

Storage and deletion
All data sent by you will be used by us for the intended purpose only and will not be forwarded to third parties, unless you have authorised us to do so.
When transferring the data, you agree that we store and process them until you revoke your consent to storage or until a storage of data for the intended use is no longer necessary and a deletion is not contrary to statutory retention duties.

Rights of data subjects
As data subject, you always have a right of access, a right to rectification and erasure of your data and a right to have the processing of your data restricted as well as a right to data portability, unless a deletion is contrary to statutory retention duties. For executing your rights as data subject and for obtaining further information on the processing of your personal data in our house or, as the case may be, for making suggestions or filing complaints you are welcome to contact us. Please send us an email or a postal message to the address indicated in the imprint.

Server access data
We collect information on every access to our server where our service is located. Such server log files include:
- type and version of browser

The log files are used for operating, safeguarding and optimising the website and are deleted in regular intervals. Such data cannot be assigned by us to certain persons and, as a rule, are analysed statistically only. In the event of a justified suspicion of an illegal use, we reserve the right to check the log data in detail.

Cookies
As it is the case with almost all websites, we also make use of cookies: small text files saved on the users’ devices. We use cookies for enabling certain features and making surfing more convenient for you. Moreover, cookies help us to analyse how our website is used.
You will be able to block all cookies in your browser completely or delete them at any time. In this case, however, some features of this website might no longer be available for you.

When you visit our website while being logged into an external service, additional processing operations in connection with personal data might take place without any control or influence on our part. We kindly ask you to obtain information from the respective provider.
